This house is not handicap accessible.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking in home. There is no dishwasher.

There are tools/pots for cooking lobster at home. 

There is a microwave, coffee pot & electric tea kettle.

There is a full size washer and dryer, also a vaccuum.

There are window fans throughout the house, for cooling as needed.

There is oil heat throughout the house in all but one queen bedroom, which has a plush electric blanket.

Kitchen towels, bath towels, blankets and all bed linens are supplied.

There is a large side/back yard for your use with a propane grill, 6' bench & picnic table. 

There are endless views of the FDR bridge and the Narrows from all over the house and property. 

The 3 glass sided sunroom is an extreme happy place for all of our clients!

There is 300 meg wireless internet throughout the house, basic cable +10 channels, 3 Smart TV's.

There is a farmer's market on Saturday's in season from 10-12. They set up adjacent to the house.

Our downtown is a small peaceful neighborhood with neighbors nearby, and almost everything is within walking distance. The local market is a 1/4 mile away.

One small well trained non-barking, non-shedding dog is allowed for an extra fee.
